I love this WONDER CORE Protein Shaker Bottle—it’s fun to use and great for on-the-go shakes and meal replacements. The hand mixing mechanism works well, and it’s completely leak-proof, which is a huge plus. However, it needs to be fully taken apart and cleaned after every use. Liquid gets into the screw-in parts, and if not cleaned properly, it can get pretty nasty. Also, it’s not very durable—if you drop it, don’t expect it to survive. Optisch ein sehr schöner Becher aber leider nicht wirklich hilfreich. Der Ring für das Band hält kaum am Becher und man muss ihn bei jedem hochheben wieder fest drücken und die Mixer Funktion ist auch sehr schwach. Dreht sich eher leer als das es einen mix Effekt hat. I really like the idea of this protein shaker/blender, but I have mixed thoughts on using it. The positives: - I think the bottle is a good size and I like the color - I like that all of the different components come apart and can be easily washed - The top spout for drinking is a good size and the closure snaps on and secures well. - Unique concept instead of the standard shaker ball and it does mix powders and liquids very well. Neutral/Negative: - The bottom has to be screwed on very tight to make sure there is ZERO gap between the pieces. If it's not on perfectly, it leaks everywhere. - The drawstring pull/circle that snaps onto the bottom of the cup isn't as secure as I'd like it to be. It comes loose and hangs down pretty easily, which is a pain - While I like the concept for manual blending... you probably wouldn't want to be pulling some zip cord to blend your drink out in public or at the gym. It looks a little awkward to use WHILE you're mixing things, but once everything is mixed, it looks like a standard protein shaker. Read more

This little mixer bottle is slick! I was wondering how such a gadget would endure the dishwasher cycle, but no worries! The "pull-string" mechanism that operates the blender function completely retracts inside the base. So far, the string has continued to mix and retract without reduction in effectiveness! I use this as a substitute blender. I use the cup for making things like a breakfast quiche with eggs, cottage cheese, and other things I can toss into omelets and such. The blender function is pretty controllable and I want to mix my items with some amount of chopping without going so far as to puree my food. This fits that bill perfectly and saves the hassle of a plug in blender or parking a less-than-decorative processor on my countertop. Excellent shaker bottle for pre workout. I use to have to use plastic bottles and shake or a handheld blender to make sure my pre workout was mixed well. This bottle is so convenient and worth it. Cleaning is easy if you stick to putting simple things like pre workout in it. You can just rinse, put soapy water in, and then use the pull string to mix it all in and clean. You wouldn’t want to use the string wet while cleaning otherwise I can see it easily breaking. The bottle does come apart from the pull string so you can really scrub if needed. Read more

This bottle is a neat little blender. It’s hand powered and you pull it manually to make the blades spin. Thats at least nice to have without worrying about charging it if it were electric. And the blades do blend things decently well. If you want to blend larger chunks of frozen produce though, you can forget about that. Unless you’re really committed to cranking it to get it blended eventually. That is too much effort to be worth it for me, but fresh fruits and veggies blend pretty well. And powders dissolve really easily with it. For what it is, without being electric, it gets the job done. Read more

I was intrigued when I saw this shaker bottle, and just had to see how it would work. I have used others in the past that either you plug in or that you have to charge, but this one works solely by pulling a cord. This creates a tornado like effect inside of the bottle to blend the contents. Once you are done the cord retracts and you screw it back on the bottom of the cup. This is so handy because you can take this anywhere and not have to worry about needing a charge or outlet to use it. Read more
