The keys were very loose and wobbly and the extra keys were cracked

Upon receipt the 'a', 'z', and '1' keys were not working as input. I troubleshooted using the manufacturer's method listed on their website that includes re-flashing the firmware, which in essence factory resets the keyboard, but it did not solve the issue. I ended up returning the keyboard and opting for a refund as I lost faith in the brand.

I love this keyboard. From the RGB lighting to the satisfying clicks of every keystroke. The only concerning thing about this keyboard is the shorter battery life but after having it for a week, I haven't had any issues so far. I am a software developer and spend a lot of time using my keyboard, and it's weird but I get excited to use this keyboard and hear the clicks of the blue switches haha.

The only thing I'd add to The Ghost Hacker's excellent review is that one *might* feel the keyboard is a bit cramped — I found myself hitting the "Home" and "End" keys instead of "Enter" and "Up arrow" sometimes, although I solved this by remapping the former to the latter, since I almost never use that functionality (and it can be assigned to another keybinding in most applications like Word anyway). But if this is a concern, one might consider instead the Tenkeyless (TKL) Keychron K1 or K1SE. I have this keyboard as well and it is also terrific.

Sin duda alguna es uno de los mejores Teclados que pude comprar. la verdad es que estaba muy indeciso al momento de comprarlo por que yo estaba buscando este mismo modelo pero con los gateron brown, y pues a lo último me lo compre y preferí más adelante cambiar los interruptores, pero resulta que hoy que llego, lo checo y venia con los gateron brown y pues la verdad es que es totalmente lo que esperaba de este teclado, sin duda alguna es un muy buen teclado.(Comentó todo esto para los que quieran comprar con los interruptores azules, probablemente te lleguen pero con otro tipo de interruptor) como en mi caso.

Update:After just a month there are a few deal breakers that have emerged. First, the board seems to sleep even when sleep mode is off and via USB-C. I have to constantly unplug and replug for the machine to "see" the keyboard. Second, in bluetooth mode it messes with other bluetooth devices. Bluetooth audio is noticeably choppy when using this board, but not others. So while its better in some ways, its far far worse in others. Ugh. I had high hopes for the K3.Original:I got a K2 as Keychron was hitting it big with reviewers. Seemed like a great board but I could never get used to it. The thickness, the feel of the caps, the overall quality just didn't feel like it should for the price point. I even went out of my way to get the metal enclosure thinking that would have fixed some of the early reviewers comments on cheap feel. Not so. I kept using my 75% Vortex with micro USB and quiet red Cherry switches as the K2 to this day collects dust.As I built my new system now almost 3 years later I picked up this K3 and it is finally a good replacement for my old faithful. USB-C, wireless, Mac or Win. Extremely thin, almost too thin now. The reds have a nice quality too them and a sound that's more premium than my old Cherry board. Everything is just more muted and subtle and I love that. This will be my first gateron board and I am pleasantly surprised. Being so slim travel isn't as much as I would normally like but its working out fine in practice. Wireless performance is great. Can't speak to battery life. Yeah its got RGB, but I'm not a child so a solid white is there when you need it. It's good enough, but doesn't shine through the caps. While on the caps - they are almost a soft touch plastic. Weird at first, but I quite like it now. Hope it wears well. Again, ups the premium feel, not some cheap smooth plastic. You can sub out the red accent keys for the included gray ones. Weight is good enough to be portable, but not so light it slides around. The pop out feet are good too, with two height options. Overall I think this is a crowd pleaser. Good for many different people, particularly those who want something compact, just thick enough, and wireless.

It's nice overall. Slim, feels well built, everything is good.The downside is the lack of choice of keycaps.Another thing is that with the blue gateron switches on this the physical audible click seems to not match the actual trigger point, or something else funny is going on. For example if I press a key down really slowly it clicks but the keystroke is not detected at the same time. This doesn't happen during normal typing and not a big of a deal but something I did notice. Comparing it to Nuphy Air75 with blue gaterons Nuphy doesn't seem to have this, at least not as pronounced.Keycaps are nice overall. Transparent letters are nice as well, with the backlight it looks pretty.One thing that took me some time to get used to is the gap between the keycaps. For some reason I am making more mistakes typing blindly with these. Takes conscious effort to learn the layout better. The same thing for some reason does not happen on Nuphy Air75 which has very similar physical size and keys have the same distance but the caps don't have gaps and have slightly different shape. Maybe it's the keycap shape overall that trips me. Not a big deal in general and you get used to it quickly but something noticeable at first.

Hands down the best keyboard I’ve ever used for programming. I spend most days typing on the keyboard for 10+ hours since I’m a software engineer - hand/finger fatigue when typing is a real thing! I previously used a G-915 TKL keyboard (which was really good) but this keyboard blows it out of the water. It’s a lot more comfortable, adaptable, and ergonomic when using it for extended periods of time + easily being able to swap out the switches is pretty neat too.

I really want to like this keyboard but I am less than impressed. Within a month of owning the first unit, the spacebar would occasionally double tap. I was within the return window so I got a new unit from Amazon and this one functioned ~2 months before the "S" key stopped working when pressing it from any of the upper half of the key. I have never owned such a nice keyboard and although the budget mech keyboards I have previously have not been perfect, they have not such immediate issues.I contacted Keychron and the suggested blowing air in it and updating the firmware (which made no sense to me since this seem obviously a mechanical issue). Neither step worked. I also tried some isopropyl alcohol which helped with a cheap switch on a budget keyboard and it also did nothing. I contacted Keychron again to let them know none of this worked and I have not heard a response in 3 business days. I am not saying this is wrong but I have already been more than a week with this annoying keyboard. I wish I could return it and be done with Keychron. I just don't trust the brand anymore.

If you are looking for a small and elegant keyboard... this is it, i have the brown gateron switches, and it is very good, i always had cherry mx reds keyboard , i loathe the sound of the blues, but this browns are my favorite, the rgb is not as bright as the others, as many have pointed out, but its more than sufficient..i think, but it would be a plus if it was brighter, also the fonts in the keycaps are small so less light pass thru. in my opinion the quality of materials and construction is very good. its so beautiful and i am very please with my purchase. i mostly use it for gaming and the height does not make my hand hurt, you dont need a handrest. the bluetooth in my experience has been very good, it takes less than a second to activate when you transition from wire to wireless on windows11 with bluetooth 5.0. no idea how good the battery last but i guess with rgb is not much so i mostly use it wire. the only thing it doesnt feel so good are the on and off/win-mac switches, seems a little flimsy but only time will tell. i guess they figure nobody is going to be using those much, and i agree. for the price i would give this keyboard more than five stars... seriously. and the cherry on top that no other keyboard i seen has, is the included plastic cover, i have no idea why not all premium keyboard comes with this, is so simple yet so useful...

I'm coming from an Apple wireless keyboard - with the very low profile keys - the smaller one with the tiny arrow keys and without the numeric keypad.I write code all day and have been struggling with the Apple keyboard's arrow keys which have half-sized up and down arrows. It's very hard to find a good, compact keyboard with full-sized arrow keys. I was also excited to get home, end, page up and page down keys back in my life. Albeit a new layout, but something I can hopefully get used to.After a day of typing, I'd say I'm 90% transitioned from the very low profile Apple keys to these higher keys. After a week, I think I'll be totally comfortable.I'm really impressed with the build quality of this keyboard. It has a nice weight and feels super solid overall. And typing again on a clickity clack keyboard is so much more fun and satisfying. One concern is that it's definitely more effort to type on - not sure if that will have any negative impact on my hands/wrists in the long term.I tested the brown vs the red and I found the red to feel mushy. The brown gives a good sort of lumpy/clicky feedback. I did not try the blue and I think I might enjoy blue's even more prominent clicky feedback but it just sounds way too loud in video demos. Red and brown are very similar sounding and both of decent volume. If you need to type quietly, none of these will be for you.Although I have not gone through an entire battery yet, I'm apparently under 70% after 1 day of use. Compared to my Apple keyboard, which gets about 2 months of battery life, it seems I'll have to charge this about once a week. Not a deal breaker for me and somewhat expected given the LED lights.The RBG LED lighting is fun but something I don't need. There are a TON of options on the color patterns and effects. I'm interested to see how much battery life is saved by turning the lighting off.

This is the best keyboard I've used. Very responsive, comfortable, and well made. Really worth the money. I use Mac, Windows, and Linux and works flawlessly with all of them. The button to select bluetooth or cable it's very useful, specially since my Mac has some bluetooth issues. The switch for Windows or Mac layout it's a great feature.

Be careful removing switches. Underneath the switch are two copper contacts that break very easily.

I really appreciate mechanical keyboards. I own a Razor that is super clicky and wanted a change ( I also wanted bluetooth so I can swap between devices ) - This Keychron K3 SLIM with brown switches is perfect. I've only been using it for just over a day, but so far it has met all my expectations. If you like super clicky, then get a different switch ( BLUE ) - But if you like subtle feedback and enjoy lower profile keys, this is a great choice. The RGB is a nice touch.

It was nice and packaged. Key board feels real nice. So far no issues.

This keyboard feels very good to type on. I was going to buy a Magic Keyboard for my MacBook Pro but I’m glad I went with this one instead. The quality is great, it has a nice weight to it and the keys feel solid. It is also much quieter than other brown switch keyboards I’ve had in the past. Overall great keyboard for the money spent.

The O key on this keyboard is already missing strokes 2/5 times pressed. It's not good. I had this keyboard about 4 months. My last keyboard was off brand from china and lasted 4 years no problems.

This was a great keyboard but it stopped working. It would disconnect from bluetooth randomly. Now it doesn't even work. I don't think it has a warranty.This was very expensive to only last 5 months.

I have a couple of Keychron keyboards, and I love them very much. I was deeply disappointed when after unboxing I slowly realized that the whole package was scratchy and was in a used shape and it probably wasn't a new one. It's a used and faulty keyboard. But I tried it, until one key stuck and now it's unusable. I would give a 5 star for a brand new Keychron k3. I'm returning the keyboard. Unpleasant experience.

Sound e feel fantastici. Everything is great except that the package did not include the appropriate keys for a Windows operating system to replace the keys in the keyboard that correspond to a mac computer. The windows logo key was missing and the alt key was the wrong size

This is my first true mechanical keyboard, and I got the quieter one (red switch), the keyboard is relatively light and slim for a mechanical keyborad.If you get the really slim ones, don't get this.I got this mainly for the feeling when typing, and if I would have tried at a store, I probably would have chosen a notch up clickier (the brown switch).quelity materials, cap keys can be excanged Mac/Windows, light effects very cool, very comfortable keyboard.Also price is at the lowest range for this type of keyboard, but it doesn't affect quality.Great quality overall.My advice if you likea clickier feeling get the brown switch (the blue switch could be too much of a click).Get the red switch if you still want to get the mechanical feeling but a bit quieter.
