Simply put, this is easily the best Y-brush product I've tried. It's super easy-- essential when you've got MDD and can barely function some days-- and cleans deep, which means I don't have to worry about oral hygiene effectiveness due to human error. I have a small mouth, so the mouthpiece is a little big, but I'd much rather have it reach all my teeth than have it not look like a hockey mouth guard. I'd say the bristles are kinda firm, but I like it that way? It makes me feel like the biting I have to do isn't compromising the effectiveness of the clean. I like the different vibrations functions and intensities. I'm not sure what they all do, admittedly but I use all of them! At first this might seem gimmicky, or intimidating but WOW! A quick instructional video had me using it in no time flat. It is NOT a tooth brush, and will not feel like a tooth brush; it is way simpler to use and does a fantastic job giving every tooth a much needed scrub. Don't forget the gum line you say?
