I really like this brand of protein. The hydrolyzed protein is good as its easier for your body to absorb than other protein that take awhile to break down. I love the variety of different flavors you can choose from but you can't go wrong with strawberry. You can mix one scoop to either water or milk in a 5-6 Oz bottle or if you want to dilute it more you can add more of your beverage. Typically it's recommended, to drink this 30-minutes before your workout or within 30-minutes after your workout to maximize the effect of the protein. The quality is good and mixes easily because of it's small particles to blend well. Especially if you add a scoop in a smoothie. As far as it's effectiveness, I feel like it does help in not being as sore the next day after a workout as I would be if I didn't drink this protein. The only downfall of this protein is that you don't get your money's worth from the amount of protein you're actually getting and the amount of money you pay. This bottle is 21oz, but the container is only filled with less than half the bottle of protein. On the bottle it says "sold by weight not volume" the actual weight of the amount of protein it has is 1.34lbs which is barely anything, 20 servings at most. So don't be surprised when you get a huge bottle thinking it's filled to the top and when you open it, it's less than half. The size of the large bottle is deceiving and misrepresenting of how much they actually put inside. The might as well package this protein in a smaller container because that's how much you're actually getting. This is the only downfall, I personally feel like it should be filled to the top or close to the top but this isn't the case for this protein. This powder not only mixes well, it is high quality and has a good amount of protein content. The lack of sugar is amazing as it uses artificial sweeteners but has no bitter after taste making it a great tasting option. While not cheap, I find it better than any other protein powders around its price. Also it tastes amazing :) Read more

It gives me bloating and headache. I am lactose intolerant it could be due to that. I don’t really know. But with water absorption is quite good

I got the cookies and cream flavour. My first impression was that the jar was (not even) half full. Waste of plastic and this gave me a scammy feeling. Second the flavour is mainly the taste of stevia, too sweet for me and the after taste is meh. I does come with a scoop and the cookies taste isn’t the worst, however I’m not going to order the same flavour again and probably from a different brand too.

I took the product for 10 days and had a massive headache everyday. Took a while until I figured out it's coming from the Protein Powder, but as soon as I stopped taking it, the headache was gone. I assume it has some very artifical additives in it!

When the bottle cap was opened, the lid has dark brown spots everywhere, I felt severely sick with esophagus bacterial infection after taking two scoops in just two days, now on antibiotics, I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone.

I think you either hate it or love it. I absolutely despise it. First scoop was very good and I really enjoyed it with my Greek yogurt. Next day I tried to make a drink with it and I couldn’t stand its smell or how sweet it is. Not something you can drink or use consistently. I’d rather throw it out than keep it in my house.

This is a really good vanilla-flavored protein, and it's my second time buying it. It doesn't have that weird, off-putting flavor that some proteins do. It's actually really tasty! I add it to yogurts and make great smoothies with it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good vanilla protein powder!

I have purchased this inspired by the Dunkin Donut branding. Terribly disappointed with the flavor and the taste of the shake. The smell is not appealing too.Do not waste your money, there is nothing Dunkin here. There are better products and flavors out in the market.I shall never buy this product again.
