I have tried a LOT of protein powders-whey, vegan, clear, plant based, etc. This protein is at the top of the many, many proteins that I have tried. I always look at taste, macros, mixability, ingredients and price. This one hits all the marks--the macros are amazing--100 cal and 25 grams of protein, the taste is good, it mixes well and the price isn't too bad--a little more expensive than some protein powders, but this one you are getting not only protein powder but also the BCAAs and EAAs which help with muscle recovery--so it is almost like 2 products in one. The ingredient list is small, meaning it isn't full of things that don't need to be in there. Sometimes whey proteins can seem heavy or irritating to my stomach, but this one was easy on my stomach.
