Samsung dropped the ball on this one. There is a reason why Samsung users don't like apple. So why would Samsung think it's a great idea to copy the air pod design? Not only that but it keeps disconnecting randomly. It's hard to skip to the next song due to the pinch feature. That pinch feature is horrible. And let's not get started with the Ai stuff. I tried so many times but I could not get any of the Ai feature to work. The sound is OK but nothing to scream and shout about. The noise canceling feature is great tho. But overall, I prefer my old Samsung ear buds over this any day. But I decided to keep them and give them to my son for Christmas. But I'm gonna get the Bose ear buds. Read more
