The quality of the included wood tools was really nice - no issues with oil residue like I've experienced in trying to find a replacement. I wanted to love the face brushes, but two issues: bristles feel soft initially but actually somewhat abrasive on the skin, and the edges of the handle that are closest to the face are super sharp, which potentially could leave a scratch/cut your skin at certain angles. I was looking forward to keeping one set and gifting another to my daughter, but ended up returning due to these quality issues. I like the brushes. I like they’re real bristles and not plastic. They feel great doing lymphatic drainage. I took off one star because I do not like the little wooden pieces they come with (I ordered the double set). I was looking forward to using the wooden pieces too. But they are not smooth at all. So far, I am enjoying this Lymphatic Contour / Drainage Face Brush and Wooden Facial Massage tool. I like that the brush is contoured to my face and the bristles are very soft, so no concerns on using it on my delicate skin. I also like the ridges in the brush when sweep it across my face - it feels great! The plastic case protects the brush and fits it perfectly. The wooden massage tool is also very nice and its shape is great when using it on your nose and around your face - it too is smooth and no worries about using the wood on my face. As a recommendation, it would be great if they provided a video or manual on how to most effectively use the tool rather than having to search online - I deducted a star since this was not provided.
