1. The instructions lie. It doesn't do mp3 audio, it's aac. I guess you need a 'x.x' version of USB cable(?). Anyway, initially connecting was a hassle, I switched setups and it works "fine" (I guess, the instruction language is hard to follow). What works is: - Turn it off - Plug it in to computer with cable - Turn it on, if it's in USB mode it will display USB logo 3. It's glitchy: if a video is incorrectly encoded, it will crash and display nothing 4. If there's a way to make it cycle through the videos, I haven't found it. The product is a 5 star. Great picture and video brightness and resolution. The problem, it doesn't do what the say it will. Instructions are vague and incomplete. The program to download for conversion is difficult to use without clear instructions. A portion of the program is free, good for transcribing, but the rest of it cost. Product support is awful through messages. No help or resolution. Support doesn't know how to communicate properly. Read more

Once I got the software running and moved over to the device it is great. I had an issue at first because I didn’t have it plugged into a compatible usb port. Once I moved to a 3.1 port ran great. Read more
