This is one big chair. I have an Anda Seat Kaiser Pro XL which is a pretty large. This makes it look small. It's also very heavy and requires a two man delivery. I managed to assemble it on my own - though I had to unpack it on the ground floor and carry it up in parts to my upstairs office. Assembly was not difficult but I would advise getting someone to help if possible as some parts (the arms) are tricky to hold in place and drive the screws at the same time. I reckon it took about 20 minutes to assemble. It's very comfortable - better than the Anda Seat I would say. The cover material is a nice soft to touch PU leather. I don't know what type of foam the padding is but you just kind of sink into it - like sitting on a cloud - I wish I got it for home rather than my workplace :] It can recline into an almost lying down position and has a retractable leg rest. It's quite relaxing to lean back and read my kindle at lunch time. One negative aspect is the lumbar support cushion. For me it is a bit too small and could be a little firmer. Is it good value? It's a similar price to what I paid for my Anda Seat Kaiser in 2020 so it's not too bad I reckon. If you need a big chair this is easy to recommend. Read more

Absolutely love this chair! For reference, I'm about 5'3" and not tiny by any means. I've had the chair for nearly a month and have been using it for 10-16 hours a day while working from home. I admit I was sceptical, especially since I've always had office-style chairs with fabric or mesh backs. I wasn't sure about the PU leather, but it's seriously comfy. Full disclosure: it can get a bit sticky when it's super hot, so on those days, I just use a cooling blanket on it. I've always liked the look of these chairs, but they typically have fixed armrests that can't be adjusted up or down. That was a dealbreaker for me, given my height. This is the first chair I've found with easily height-adjustable armrests, which convinced me to give it a try. It was packed really well and it wasn't too hard to assemble, I did it by myself in under an hour - granted having my own little ratchet allen key driver definitely made it easier as some angles can get a bit tight. Word of warning! Assemble it in the room you need it in - it won't fit easily through a standard (about 76cm) door! I had to take the back off to wheel it into my office - avoidable and totally my own fault. The seat itself is very wide, and you can also adjust how far in or out the armrests are. This needs to be done with bolts, so it's not a quick adjustment, but it means I can sit cross-legged, have both legs up on the chair (or the super handy footrest!), or use a gaming pillow or small lap desk if I feel like reclining. Honestly, the ability to sit in any way I feel like makes this better than any chair I've tried before. The lumbar cushion is most useful when reclining; when the chair is fully upright, I don't really need it. The green colour is perfect for me. Sometimes you just don't know what it will be like from the pictures, but it was pretty accurate, and it matches all my other green decor. Finally, if I could change two things (though it's not enough for me to give it anything less than 5 stars!): - I'd love if the armrests could be adjusted in/out and change angle, like other ergonomic chairs. This is a pretty advanced feature, so I wasn't expecting it. - I'd probably prefer it without the two black X's embroidered on the back, as they have a funny effect on the background blur when I'm on video conferences (a very niche problem!) Now I know this chair is pricey but my goodness it’s worth it. I bought it when it had a £100 off coupon to make it more realistic. I’m a receptionist and my hobbies are gaming so I’m always sitting on a desk chair and my back couldn’t take my cheap gaming chair any more. I love to sit cross legged and I’m a heavy girl (16 stone) and this chair does it all. It looks clean and plush and feels so plush! I’m not tall so obviously this is a little bit too tall for me but the footrest makes it so it doesn’t even matter. I’ve never used a footrest on previous chairs as I’m scared of how flimsy they are. But this chair, now everything is HEAVY and made durable. The metal is metalling. For ease of assembly, it was not the easiest, I’m 5ft with hypermobility and was finding it all a bit difficult however the instructions were very clear. I would say this is definitely a 2 person job as on my own it took me 2 hours. It does not feel like it’s going to break and it’s comfy as anything. If you’re wanting to test yourself to a better desk set up, then get this chair! I’m hoping to see and improvement of my back pain after using this for a while. Read more
