I really like the vacuum cleaner. It was very easy to set up and install. The app is super easy to use and very intuitive. The vacuum did a pretty good job of mopping the floor and vacuuming everything. I am currently 3 months post partum and have my hair falling out all day long. With the vacuum, it keeps my floors clean so I do not have to worry about it. I love the camera feature as well. I was able to spy on my dogs while I was out of the house and then have the vacuum return back to the base to charge. The battery life is pretty good and I’m able to clean my downstairs floor without recharging. The vacuum does need to return to the base to empty out the bin but then it picks up where it left off. We’ve had the robot mop for a few weeks, and overall, it’s been a good addition to our home. With two young kids, crumbs and messes seem to appear out of nowhere. This robot definitely helps keep our LVP floors cleaner with less effort on our part. The vacuuming is solid—it picks up daily debris well, and the mop feature does a decent job on light spills and sticky spots. It’s not a replacement for deep cleaning, but it makes day-to-day upkeep much easier. I also like that it recognizes carpets and lifts the mop when needed. Setup was pretty straightforward, and the app is easy to use once you get the hang of it. The mapping feature is surprisingly accurate, and it navigates around toys and furniture with minimal issues. This ecovac has exceeded my expectations, cleaning my hardwood floor home. Setup took me some time and getting the map of my home took a few tries to get right. Once it starts cleaning its gotten every spot, without missing, so far. If there is something big in the way, it will avoid it and reconfigure the map and ask to add new map or ignore. I like the a cute little brush on the side, it sweeps under dirt and dust stuck in tiny spaces. If anything tangles the ecovac, stops cleaning and announces brush is tangled and to untangle, which was easy to do, then continues to finish the job. It has different suction modes to choose from as well as the option to vacuum only, mop only or both. I can control everything from my phone. It's been so convenient to have, especially after being sick and unable to get daily tasks done, cleaning floors was one thing I didn't worry about. The vacuum isnt noisy, which I love but does speak when its ending task, battery is low etc, I wish it had a mute option for that. I don't remember how long battery lasts , but it lasted long, before It had to be charged. When battery does get low it will return to its station to charge. It has to be powered on for charging . I'll start with the fact that the installation of the vacuum cleaner is very easy and clear, really not complicated. There is a great app that explains everything, connects to the vacuum cleaner, and through it you can plan the vacuuming/washing route, the power, choose the areas/rooms you want to clean, control the speed, and all this in any language you choose. I simply control the vacuuming through my phone in bed or on the couch and it works for me, it's crazy. The vacuum cleaner scans and maps each area, saves the map in the app, for each area of ​​the house, and builds a route for itself. The vacuum cleaner's technology is really advanced, and easy to operate. The robot looks modern and elegant, and it is built flat so it fits under beds and dressers, areas that I don't get to reach on a daily basis at all. I have few areas with flooring and some with laminate, and you can choose in the settings the amount of water you want when washing, which is important for different type of floors, and to my surprise the vacuum cleaner knows how to identify stairs and stop, which really worried me at first since I have many areas with wide stairs in my house, so for those who have stairs, don't worry. At the end of the cleaning, the app updates that it has finished, summarizes the route it took, and also alerts you if it needs to be filled with clean water/emptied the dirty water.
