The fan is light weight and easy to use. I have used it 3 or 4 times. You get cool air on your face, shoulder and neck. To get air on back neck and shoulder just hold it and move. Wheteas neck fan's use is limited.I can say better than neck fan. Battery life is good as When I used it lasted for 3 hours or so when it was not fully charged. So full charge gibes you more time.
