The item itself is very cute, and the colors are beautiful. However, I was disappointed to find that the blind box appeared to have been opened before it reached me — there were clear signs of tampering. The damage looked like someone had used a hook or similar tool to pry open the side of the box and peek inside to see the contents. This defeats the purpose of a blind box, which is meant to be a surprise. I hope the seller can ensure better quality control in the future so that customers receive unopened and untampered boxes as expected. Read more
