The included gloves are decent for beginners, though my son prefers his Everlast ones. However, for anyone just starting out, they work well. The different modes and speed settings allow him to adjust the intensity, and I love that he can follow the rhythm of the music or go at his own pace. I haven’t mounted it on the wall yet, so I can’t speak to how well the adhesive holds over time, but it looks solid so far, especially with the added Velcro for extra security.
