Eureka j15 Max Ultra is a great timesaver! We invested the time to learn the app and watch the the robot work. We set no-go zones around cords and dog water /food. This worked well. We set up a schedule. The robot mops the kitchen floor every evening, vacuums the majority of the house everyday, and once a week it mops the entire house. We had to set a schedule for ourselves in our calendar that before mopping the house we pick up loose rugs, loose items on the floor, etc. Also scheduled time to empty gray water and fill clean water tank twice per week. If you work with this mop, it'll certainly work for you! We have no regrets on this purchase! Read more

Nachdem ich bereits über 2 Jahre hinweg einen eher niedrig bis mittelklasse Saugroboter in benutzung hatte, wurde es nun mal Zeit für ein upgrade in eine höhere Klasse. Nachdem ich einige Testberichte durchgelesen hatte wurde es der Eureka J15 Pro Ultra. Erster Eindruck nach dem Auspacken, der macht was her und sieht schick aus ! Die Einrichtung läuft über die gut eingerichtete Eureka App, über die auch sämtliche Einstellungen von Saugleistung, Wasserverbrauch, KI Funktionen bis zur Reinigung der Bürsten alles eingedtellt werden kann. Der Roboter fertige in ersten Testlauf eine 3D Karte meiner Wohnung, hier merkte er sich auch direkt schon, wo welche Hindernisse wie z.B Teppiche liegen. In der nun angefertigten 3D App lassen sich nun weitere Hindernisse, NoGo Zonen und auch überraschenderweise der Bodenbelag auswählen. Sehr praktisch wenn man einen eher kratzeranfällig Bodenbelag hat. Zur Saugleistung selber, die 16kpa machen sich bemerkbar, selbst der Teppich wird sauber. Dennoch ist der Sauger überraschend leise, wie auch immer das geht. Durch die Ki werden flecken automatisch erkannt und bei bedarf mehrmals gereinigt. Die in der Station entnehmbaren Sauber und Dreckigwasserbehälter fassen ca. 2L (sauber) sowie 1,5 Liter (dreckig). Das reicht für eine 80qm Wohnung für ca 3 Komplette reinigungsvorgänge. It easily picks up dust, hair, and even tiny crumbs from both hard floors and carpets. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. I’ve been using the Eureka J15 Pro Robotic Vacuum for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m super impressed. It’s made my life so much easier — I barely need to pick up a broom anymore! Cleaning Power: The suction is amazing. It picks up everything — dust, crumbs, hair — even stuff I didn’t realize was there. My floors actually feel cleaner after it runs. Smart Navigation: It moves around really intelligently. This Eureka robot vacuum cleaner has been a whole game changer! It saves so much time for us with easy access from my phone. This vacuum cleaner helps me so much with keeping the floor clean and spotless. With this in my household and the app, it allows me to control this vacuum cleaner with easy access. I can even press on the map with where I want it to be clean and it goes there. Another very good thing about this is that I can use my phone and ask it to go back to the charging station and much more. This machine not only vacuums the floor but also mops the floor for you which saves much much time. The machine will avoid any objects that is in the way. It even stopped when it was near the stairs. This is the best vacuum cleaner purchase I have made yet! We have owned the robot for a few weeks now. We absolutely love it and our floors have never been cleaner. One reviewer mentioned that bags are not available. This has been resolved now and I purchased replacement consumables (bags, brushes and filter) from Eureka’s website. We have owned robotic vacuums before, but this is our first smart robotic vacuum. It is a game changer compared to the old non-smart devices. The app is very complete and easy to use. Our main floor is all hard wood with some tile. We set the schedule to vacuum and mop our floors twice per week. We run it in the evenings, so we wake up to nice, clean floors. The robot is quiet enough that we don’t really hear it when we go to bed upstairs. The app has “quiet hours”, so the base station does not automatically empty the robot’s dust bin if it finishes during quiet hours. I really like this feature because I like to manually empty the dust bin to see how much it collected (and it prolongs the life of the base station’s bags). We have a short haired cat and I am amazed at how much hair and dirt the vacuum collects from our floors. The mapping accuracy is very good. I took it to our upstairs area to clean. It interpreted the stairwell as a room and tried repeatedly to clean this area. The ledge protection worked well to save it from falling down the stairs. I have since blocked that area of the map as a no-go zone. The mop goes through more water than I expected. I usually refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty after each operation. It could probably make it through two cleanings, but it is easy enough to address it proactively. The amount of water the mops use is adjustable in the app and I find that near-minimum water level is sufficient to clean our floors really well. I’m very pleased that we purchased a robot with spinning mops (versus vibrating pads). I honestly don’t know how I could be happier with this robot. I feel like Eureka did a great job with the hardware and software. And I trust that Eureka will be around to support it in the future. Read more
