This is my first Bluetooth earbuds. I have always used corded ones. These have an excellent sound and is great for listening to music. My biggest issue is the audio delay when watching videos, which seems to be a common problem. I first thought it was my laptop so I plugged the old corded earbuds in and it was fine, but the Bluetooth have about a half second delay which is somewhat annoying. Have tried every fix available but nothing has corrected the issue. I reset the earbuds as instructed by the seller, but that hasn't fixed them either. This is loop-around-the-ear bud, and works perfectly for gym and any other movement that dislodges the straight-in ear buds. I wear hearing aids most of time and I am used to the loop. The buds work very well, charge easily, and the case is convenient size. Some buds set out from the ear, but these fit easily inside the ear. I also looked at some that transmit sound through your skull from behind your ear... not for me... possibly damaging. Read more

I bought 2 pair of thes ear buds a month apart and have the 1st pair 3 months and the 2nd pair 2 months. I bought another pair because I liked the 1st pair so much. Been testing to see how the range connectivity was, battery life, connection to cell phone, volume with music and phone calls, longevity of charging case quality and I haven't had any issues with any of that part. The only issue i do have is I wear glasses, and like others have stated, it doesn't fit as well with the type of frames I have, but I maneuver them and make them fit comfortably. This is my second pair of Bluetooth headset from this company and I love them, even more than the first. I’ve been using them for a week and now am ready to review. Let’s get to it. The T9’s case looks sleek, texture is nice to the touch, gives you a high-end type of feeling. The display is on the outside, and charges very quickly when you use a true USB-C cable with the 30W plug. The cable that comes with the unit is a USB to USB-C and is the only negative to this package. The T9 comes with three earbuds: small, medium and large. Same as the older unit. The medium out of the box are a perfect fit. They are rubber, so they mold easily. Now the actual headset. Like the older model, they fit nicely over my ear. You can adjust by twisting them forward or back to get a tighter or loose fit. I guess I have normal ears, so no complaints here. The quality feels and looks really nice. Sleek again. A major difference between the T9 and the older unit is that the T8 has less buttons. Gone are the volume up/down buttons on both left and right headsets. Functionality is pretty much the same. For calls, click once to answer and again once to hang-up. For music, right/left side, one press pauses and plays. Right-side two quick presses jump to next song and left-side two presses jump to previous song. To increase volume long press on the right side, and to decrease volume long press on the left side. Audio quality. Okay, you get what you pay for, and having said that, I’ve read tons of reviews before I settled with this company and their older model, and now the new one. People pay top dollar for name brand headsets and I’ve used them, they’re not worth the price. The T9 offers excellent audio quality. Crisp, you can hear really nice frequencies, I love the base. You can adjust with your phone’s equalizer. These are fantastic, and even more so for the low cost in comparison. The audio quality on the T9 is better than the older model. They do have some noise cancelation. I was sitting next to my water fountain on a call and asked my friend if I should move, they said they didn’t hear any noise! Win! Also, I wore them for as long as I could playing music non-stop or taking/making calls. The T9s lasted for 5.5 hours. Usually, one side goes first before the other. The second side usually lasts for 15-30min longer. I wanted to offer a detailed review after a good amount of testing for a fair amount of time. I’ve had their older model for about 1 year plus now and they’re still going strong. The batteries in each headset still last 5.5h as well. So, it’s safe to assume that the batteries on these will last a long time too. When the battery is low on the T9, I swap them out and use the older one. I hope this review helps guide you to make the purchase best for your needs. To be honest, these are excellent, as is this company. As is their support. I emailed them once to help me with the older unit as the volume buttons stopped working, they responded within a day or two (it was a while ago).
