These 2 packs of stainless-steel cutting boards arrived nicely packaged and covered with a blue plastic film, which must be peeled off before use. The design is sleek and feels solid. I have never used the stainless steel board before but I must say, I am a fan after using these ones for about a week. These are super easy to clean (hand or dish washer) and maintain. There is no meat residue or grease build up with this which is just awesome! In terms of hygiene these are much better than plastic or wooden boards. After a week of use, I can see it picks up quite a bit of scratches from knife, but it doesn't seem to impact my knife sharpness, so I reckon, not bad.
