This is an absolutely necessary insert to an LV Alma PM. I ordered the PM that is the size above the smaller LV that being the BB. The insert is made of silk and has the rounded top shape like the PM. The size of the insert is approximately 11” W x 8” H while the LV PM’s size is 12.6” W x 10” H.
