Scrivo questa recensione perchè ho notato che molti lo hanno reso perchè ritenuto inutilizzabile per vari motivi. Io lo ritengo PERFETO e lo uso in questo modo: 1) Accendo lo strumento selezionado il materiale da giuntare. 2) Preparo gli spezzoni tagliandoli a 45 gradi e li infilo in uno dei tubetti in dotazione. 3) Attendo il beep beep di raggiunta temperatura. 4) Apro lo strumento inserisco il filamento chiudo lo strumento ed effetuo una LEGGERA pressione sulle due estremità del filamento ed attendo il beep beep. 5) SPENGO lo strumento ed attendo una decina di secondi per lasciare raffredare il filamento. Admito que me sorprendió gratamente la eficacia de este pequeño gran salvador de filamentos. Si eres como yo, seguramente has acumulado un montón de restos de filamento que terminan olvidados, porque nunca parecen ser suficientes para un proyecto completo. Pues bien, este dispositivo resuelve ese dilema de manera práctica y eficiente. De repente, esos trozos que pensábamos que solo iban a acumular polvo se convierten en materiales listos para ser usados nuevamente. Además de ser una forma inteligente de reducir el desperdicio, también representa un ahorro considerable. Lo que más me gusta de este dispositivo es lo fácil que se integra en mi proceso de impresión sin complicaciones. Ich habe den SUNLU Filament Connector (FC01) mit 200 PTFE Schläuchen für meinen 3D-Drucker bestellt und bin äußerst zufrieden mit diesem Produkt! Der Filamentverbinder ist eine großartige Lösung, um verschiedene Filamentrollen miteinander zu verbinden und so den Druckprozess zu optimieren. Die Handhabung ist einfach und unkompliziert. Die PTFE-Schläuche sind von hoher Qualität und sorgen dafür, dass das Filament reibungslos durch den Drucker geführt wird, ohne dass es zu Verstopfungen oder anderen Problemen kommt. Besonders positiv ist die Vielseitigkeit des Connectors. Er ist mit einer Vielzahl von Filamenttypen kompatibel, darunter PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, PA und Nylon. Das gibt mir die Flexibilität, verschiedene Materialien zu verwenden, ohne mir Gedanken über die Verbindung machen zu müssen. I do a lot of 3D printing and often end up with a lot of small lengths of filament. I also have found that the filament sensor that is supposed to stop printing when filament runs out sometimes does not work and I and of having a failed print. I had no idea that a filament splicer existed until I came across this one and it sounded to me like an amazing idea and I had to give it a try. The filament splicer arrived well-packaged in a giftable box. It comes with a USB cable to power it, 200 sleeves, and a detailed user manual. I do like that this is USB-powered since it allows me to use a power bank to power it. Once you power it on you select the type of filament you will be using. In most cases for me, it will be PLA. It sets a default temperature based on the type of filament but you can change this if you need to. This is compatible with PLA PETG TPU ABS PA and Nylon filament. You then cut the ends of the filament that need to be connected at an angle and push them into the PTFE sleeve. They suggest cutting at an angle so there is more surface area to come in contact at the joint. You then put the sleeve with the 2 ends of filament in it into the splicer, close the top, and wait for the beep telling you it's done. They recommend you apply light pressure to both sides of the filament coming out of the splicer to press the ends that are being joined together. You then remove the spliced filament which is now encased in the sleeve. There is then a special area where you put the spliced section and press it down to cut off the sleeve. I have attached a video of me going through these steps. Once the filaments are spliced they are held together very tight. I was really quite surprised at how strong the joint is. I tried using this filament in my printer and it pulled through with no issues at all. This is truly a game changer in filament 3D printing. It not only allows you to connect rolls that are running out to another roll but it also makes a very cool way of printing multi-colored objects by splicing several different colors together. You can also connect several small scraps of filament together so you do not have to throw them out. I am very happy with this filament splicer and I do recommend it to anyone who 3D prints with filament. One thing of note is that the PTFE sleeves are a consumable that needs to be replaced when the 200 included sleeves are used. These are available on SUNLU's website and they cost just over 5 cents a sleeve. Another suggestion is if you can slide the sleeve off of your connected filaments then you do not need to destroy the sleeve so can reuse the sleeves. They do slip off easily once the joint has cooled. Read more
