I've only had it for a few days, but I'm a huge fan. Setting it up was easy and the app is easy to navigate, too. A few things (not problems, just things to note): -It has some trouble identifying carpets, so I'm manually set the suction to high. -It only does the criss-cross pattern when you do individual rooms and set it to 2-3 passes. -The suction isn't perfect, my regular vacuum seems to do a better job getting allllll of the little things, but for daily maintenance, this is still a dream. -I have one carpet that is thicker (low-pile, just thick) and it has ridges in it and the vacuum has a really hard time with it. -It does pretty well climbing over stuff and did not fall down the stairs! Cons: - No alerts if dust bin is full, or water tank is empty. - You have to manually de-attach the mop when not in use so it won't ignore carpets. - The no-mop zone feature doesn't mean it will only vacuum this zone, but it will actually avoid it entirely unless you de-attach the mop. Verdict: It's makes sure your home is always clean, but requires install/de-attach the mop as needed. Models like the S7 will not require that, and has better mopping, but higher price point of course. Read more
