UGreen are renowned for their quality and value cables and this appears to be no different. The Displayport 2.1 specification is backward compatible with all previous lower bandwidth displayport specifications, but to utilise high bandwidth 80Gbps (4 x 20Gbps channels) connections, you need a DP80 certified cable. This cable does appear to run DP 2.1, but does not currently appear on the Displayport certified list held by the standards body, VESA, and does not carry the DP80 certified label/logo on packaging the guarantees that it has been tested and certified as being capable of supporting maximum speed. I was able to test it using a Displayport 2.0 interface up to 20GBps and it successfully passed that bandwidth, but Displayport 2.1 devices capable of 80Gbps bandwidth devices are still quite rare and difficult to test. The lack of listing on the displayport website as certified, despite the ugreen website proclaiming it is certified give me some pause to wholeheartedtly recommend. I think I'd be looking for the DP80 logo and listing on the website to be ceratin the cable meets the standard.
