I was thrilled to order this item, but upon receiving it, I was already disappointed with its quality. First, it wasn’t packaged in a box, but instead, it was simply in a clear plastic bag within the usual packaging. Regardless, I opened the product and was shocked to see that the sponge, which I intended to use on my entire CHEVY SILVERADO 4DR, was incredibly small, almost the size of my credit card. I’ve attached images for reference, with a AA battery and a dime for comparison. To make matters worse, the instructions were not in English. This is a significant issue for me, as I had to rely on Google Translate to understand the instructions. The translated text was quite absurd and not worth the time and effort. Moving on, I believe I should have received a towel or rag with the product, but I didn’t. So, I decided to give the mini sponge and the product a try despite these shortcomings. In conclusion, the section of my car that I applied the product to did indeed become shinier. However, in my opinion, it was not any better than other products available on the market. The inconvenience caused by the product, as well as its small size and lack of understanding of customer needs, prevent me from recommending it. Attempting to clean my entire truck would have taken the entire day. I rarely give negative reviews, but I must be honest. This product did not provide ease of cleaning, speed in polishing my car, or durability. The spray nozzle has a short hose, so when low on product, you cannot pump it. The spray bottle is also not durable. Drop it in the driveway at the right angle, and it’s done. Therefore, I do not recommend this product in in place of a regular car wash, the before and after photos show a difference, but the shine is not a reflection of an improvement in the scratches that are very much still noticeable in person.
