Very easy to assemble and easy to use. Sturdy it didn’t feel flimsy, like it was going to fall apart. Parts fit tight and don’t wobble, but you can still easily pull apart to disassemble or adjust the length. Overall, I’m really impressed, so nice. I didn’t even want to get it dirty. :-) Read more

Here’s why, ranked from the least to the most significant issue: 1- Installing the waste bag is unnecessarily complicated – The design makes it frustrating and far from user-friendly. 2- Poor waste box sealing leads to hygiene issues – Flies started gathering around the litter box, even though I changed the waste bag once or twice daily. 3- The litter leveling process is unreliable – The device frequently gets stuck, requiring multiple restarts. Support insists that the sensor detects motion, yet I always ensure the door is closed and that neither my cats nor I are in front of it. 4- The unit stalls for extended periods after use – Every time a cat uses the litter box, it begins rotating but then gets stuck for at least 10 minutes—sometimes up to 30 minutes. Despite this, support continues to blame motion detection. 5- Serious safety concerns – On two occasions, the unit started rotating while my cat was still inside, which was terrifying. When I reached out to support, they suggested switching to "Kitten Mode," which essentially turns the device into manual mode.
