This Laptop got HDMI and three usb ports. It is super convenience to me. I don’t need to find another cord to transport my USB drivers. My Apple are no longer carrying the USB port which is super hard for me to recording my music by using an USB microphone. Sometime the transport cord can’t get my USB microphones so I have to unplug and plug in for several times in order to let the computer to get it. This build in USB ports save me a lot of times. The starting speed is also very good. Don’t need to take too long to start it. The best thing of this laptop is the size of the screen. Our family can look at movies by using this laptop. I had the same exact issue as "Rogers" in a previous review... this laptop will not "progress past the “create PIN” screen during the setup process. Tried shutting down restarting and doing the process again but same issue." I also attempted to contact support and received no assistance! Support would respond to text messages many hours later. Was not able to contact anyone for a week! QR code launches “what’s app” but there is still no support! And as stated, the keyboard does not work - function keys, Window key, Ctrl+Alt+Del do not respond! Bottom line is, setup procedure is corrupt and keyboard does not function properly. I like everything except the battery life which I knew from other reviews and description would be short. The speed is sufficient for my needs. I don't think the volume goes up very high. Other than that, I think I got a great laptop for the price. I am an everyday user but not a gamer. Read more

This is a great product and it is very affordable. I like its large screen and I find it boots up very quickly, getting up and running in less than a minute. It comes with all the features I need to function, and the amount of memory and processor speed are perfect for home word processing and graphic design.
