Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this as a lip stain because I read a review in which it came out top. It does have an effect, though I find it subtle. I like the applicator: it’s easy to get a good line. As a lip gloss, I like the effect, though personally I have to use a pencil liner with it for definition. My problem is that, despite the liner, this product bleeds and feathers on me (I am an older woman with fine lines around my lips). This, for me, is a major drawback. Maybe it wouldn’t if I blotted it after application, but I wanted that bolder definition. I did find it hydrating rather than sticky. I don’t think I will buy it again. Read more

Photos compare 4 states: bare lips (dry and no product), clear balm applied (woolzies coconut), application of Splash n Spice (brown), and then finally, I pressed my lips onto a tissue to remove a bit of product. I love the resulting look, which is essentially what it looks like if you let it sit and “stain”. I was nervous the brown would be way too dark even though I knew the tone was in my wheelhouse, but it looks great! When comparing the “tissued” state to clear balm, I love it - it looks like “my lips but better”. Very natural, very comfortable to wear; not quite as much of a long lasting stain as something like wonder skin, but I found wonder skin to be a bit drying over time, so I prefer this product - super comfortable with instant results. It lasts a few hours depending on eating and drinking/wiping away excess. If I let it sit without dabbing (which is what I really do usually) then I end up with the tissue dabbed results. Beautiful! Hat einen leichten stain Effekt, obwohl ich technisch gesehen ein anderes Produkt erhalten habe wie ein paar andere hier (hydrating gloss serum anstatt stain) aber wenn man es nach einem Weilchen entfernt bleiben die Lippen tatsächlich noch weich und hydriert und eine leichte Färbung bleibt da..Leider eher in einer pinken Farbe obwohl ich extra eine braune ausgewählt habe aber liegt vielleicht auch an der individuellen pigmentierung der Lippen :) Read more

Ich habe mittllerweile 3 von den Lip IVs.. Hydra Honey, Drippin in Rose und Splash n Spicy. Ich mag alle sehr gerne bzw die Farbe die im Anschluss auf den Lippen bleibt. Der Gloss an sich ist mir leider bei den meisten Farben zu dunkel ( zumindest für den Alltag ). Der „Stain“ hält bei mir meist den halben Tag.. ich mache dann oft einfach nochmal eine ganz dünne Schicht Gloss auf die Lippen zum auffrischen. Schaut toll aus und trocknet die Lippen nicht aus! Me ha gustado mucho el Gloss Hidratante LIP IV de Nyx, lo que más me gusta es que deja el efecto de gloss pero sin dejar esa sensación pegajosa en tus labios, muy por el contrario se siente como un labial liquido pero sin dejar los labios muy estirados. De inicio el color a simple vista me pareció muy intenso sin embargo al ser gloss cuando lo aplicas no es tan marcado como parece, y puedes dejarlo puesto de manera que de ese efecto brillante o bien retirarlo para que deje un toque de color sutil sobre tus labios como si fuera una tinta; esta última forma la recomiendo más si tus labios al natural no tienen mucho color, pq de otra forma no notarías mayor cambio. El envase se me hizo práctico, tiene un tamaño adecuado para llevar a todos lados, el aplicador es suave y te permite poner el producto de manera sencilla. De mis favoritos !!! El Gloss LIP IV es super hidratante, eso me encanto ya que deja una sensación muy rica en los labios. Además no es nada pegajoso o pesado. El color tiende a dar miedo porque se ve muy oscuro pero al momento de retirarlo deja una pigmentación muy natural que dura varias horas y junto con el aroma tan rico a como. Compre el Lip Iv de Nyx en el tono neutral nude (Café Claro) y me encantó la textura, me parece que es como un gloss-jelly, tiene buena pigmentación. Ya que pasó el efecto brilloso quedo un color sutil y hermoso en mis labios, siento que con un gloss transparente encima se vería muy bien para un look natural. No lo sentí pesado, pegajoso, ni grasoso. Se siente muy bien en los labios, al aplicarlo puedes sentir lo hidratante. El color me asusto un poco, ya que pensé que seria menos pigmentado, pero logré que funcionara con un poco de delineador para labios y una tinta roja. Mi nuevo lip combo favorito. Read more
