This is a cute swim suit overall. I will attempt to review it based on its own merits not how I feel about my body… I found this swim suit to run just a little small. I wear a 6/8 in pants and a 36B in Bra. So I initially got a medium per the size chart. I am 5’9” and around 160-165lbs with an athletic and had two babies build. The bottoms were way too tight at the waist line and didn’t cover my belly button but perfect around my butt. The top was nearly perfect. A bit tight but not squeeze you make rolls tight. But I wasn’t comfortable with the fit. I sized up to a large. The bottoms now fit well in the waist. No squeezing no muffin top. Goes up over my belly button like the pictures show. But there is a little baggies in the bottom. They are cheekier than I would normally go for. The top is now too large in the straps and I had to tighten them quite a bit but the band is actually much more comfortable. The print is really nice and the reversible bottoms will make it feel a little refreshed as I wear it multiple days in a Mexican resort vacation soon. Edited: after wearing I lowered the stars. There are some construction issues with the suit. While it is reversible I found that the white side peaked out noticeabley when it was on green. The elastic at the seams rolls a lot since it is a more seamless design so there is nothing keeping the elastic from rolling. I got this swimsuit for my 14 year old daughter, and buying swimwear online for a teenager is always an adventure. I wanted a 2 piece suit that was high waisted, didn't show her back cheeks, cleavage or too much of her stomach, this one looked decent. The fit was great and checked off all my criteria except for the showing of the stomach, the top is definitely not as long as the image shows. It does not come down over her ribcage like I had hoped. Love this suit. Im very insecure about my squishy belly and the high waist makes me feel great going to the pool. It isn't so 'tummy control' that it feels like a corset. It is Snug and holds the rolls gently. A true high waist. The top is comfortable and secure. No risk of a strap breaking underwater. The color is accurate and the design is very cute. I'd like to preface this with saying that I can never purchase a two-piece suit as a set. I always have to buy separates so I knew that the bottoms would be too big. The top fit okay but there's absolutely no support. Amazon's recommended size was XXL. I requested an XL. I should have requested a large. There was a lot of give in the top especially under my arms sort of get the tube boobs. It reminded me of something I would buy on Temu and not from Amazon. It needs better inserts and better support all the way around. The bottoms actually weren't too bad but again knew they'd be too big. I have to buy separates and probably should have gotten a size large. It's high waisted but also high cut in the thigh and almost cheeky. I'm pretty straight in the hips and don't have much in the trunk and this cut just doesn't work for me. The crotch is very long but it fit okay around the waist and hips. I'm going to alter the bottoms and shorten the crotch by about 4 inches for a more flattering fit. The fabric is nice and the blue paisley against the white is just beautiful. The reversal bottom is a nice extra. I would love it if the top had a little more structure and if it was made available as separates. Read more

Bottoms are reversible and high-waisted/high-cut. Top is an unstructured basic cami-type top. It is not a long-line top as pictured. Top is not reversible, but seems like it could have been. Similar to every other bathing suit trying to be "vintage" but not quite hitting the mark. Straps are not even adjustable to make them diagonal/crossways. Read more

I’m 5’6”, 150#, 34D, and normally a size medium in bikini sets for reference. I ordered this set in a medium and it fits true to size. However, the fit is not great. The bottoms are high-waisted, but end at the belly button. So it peaks out as I move around and I hate that. The top is just awful. It is so flimsy and unsupportive. And I can see the outline of the padding through it. The top is such low quality compared to the bottoms. If the bottoms were just a little higher-waisted, then I’d keep them and pair them with a different bikini top. Overall, this bikini set is a pass for me. Too bad, because I really do like the concept of it being reversible. Read more
