It may be too soon to tell since I've only had it for a short time but the skin on my forehead seems to be feeling smoother. Unfortunately I have sun damaged skin from foolish things I did as a younger person, like sunlamps, using reflectors on the beach in tropical sun in Puerto Rico, tanning salons, etc. and it led to me have skin cancer and very dry skin on my forehead. I've been taking these pills every morning with my protein shake for just over a month now. My skin has developed a noticeable glow (according to comments from other people) and looks much fresher.
