Das Board bietet eine beeindruckende Menge an Funktionalität auf kleinstem Raum. Der 1,47-Zoll-Bildschirm ermöglicht die Anzeige einer Vielzahl von Informationen und eignet sich ideal für GUI-Entwicklung mit LVGL. Natürlich erfordert LVGL ohne Erfahrung etwas Einarbeitungszeit, aber die Möglichkeiten rechtfertigen den Aufwand. Die RGB-LED ist ein praktisches Feature für Zustandsanzeigen, und der SD-Kartenleser ist perfekt zum Loggen von Daten. Zu erwähnen ist, dass das Board durch seiner kompakten Größe nur wenige Pins zur Verfügung hat. Hier muss man vorher seine Ziele bedenken. Das ist natürlich keine Kritik am Produkt. Cet esp32 est une version c6, avec le wifi 6 le BLE 5 et surtout un écran de 1.47". La résolution de l'écran est de 320x172 pixels ce qui permet d'afficher du texte en reste bien lisible. On trouve également des leds entre l'écran et le pcb avec des cotés en acrylique transparent. Au dos on trouve également un emplacement pour une µSD. Pour afficher des images sur l'écran il faut utiliser la bibliothèque graphique LVGL, qui permet de faire des templates d'affichage. Ce micro contrôleur s'intègre parfaitement pour les projets Iot. Buena construcción, con buenas añadidos (se habría agradecido una pantalla táctil, pero también entiendo que encarecería y podría dar otros problemas. I spent four hours trying to get this to work the first day and eventually gave up. When I tried to return it, I discovered it was listed as having hazardous chemicals, or something like that, and couldn’t be returned. It’s just a microcontroller and LCD screen—ugh. I then reached out to WaveShare, and they sent a PDF of the same information I’d already found on their Wiki. After another four hours of trying, still nothing. I want to understand why it’s not working, especially if it’s something I’m doing wrong—that knowledge is more valuable to me than the item itself. Unfortunately, the only follow communication from WS is the company is on holiday. I also noticed there are zero reviews, which I’ll take as a red flag moving forward. As a side note, I tried contacting Amazon, but I kept getting stuck in a loop, with the message that the item is non-returnable. I’ll chalk this up as a $20 lesson on WaveShare and Amazon customer support. I’m not upset, just a little frustrated by the wasted time. Mostly, I’m curious if reviews are being deleted or if this just slipped through the cracks. Either way, this experience will serve as a warning to others. Update: Although I do not feel i can change the rating of the product I wanted to update the review of the company. They reached out and apologized for the defective device, thanked me for advising them of the misclassification of the device as hazardous preventing a return, and refunded my money. They also are willing to continue working with me to fix the problem and if it turns out to be a defective product they will replace with a new working device free of charge. I probably will decline any further wasted time on this but will not hesitate to buy from WaveShare again. I am likely going to by the esp32s3 model which is the upgrade. If I find out there is a fix or that I was doing something wrong and the item works I will edit the review. My hope is that someone that got the device to work will post a review, but for now im the one and only review. EDIT: This product has been re-categorized as nonhazardous and so can be returned. Waveshare has worked with me to make the original work. I am glad i learned things and that I was able to work with Waveshare who has proven that they are committed to customer satisfaction.
