When the item was delivered. the box was damaged which wasn't a big deal. But as soon as I opened it. 1. the parts were not properly packed. No plastic wraps. 2. the screws were in a sandwich bag. 3. some screws were missing. 3. the wheels had very obvious signs of usage as they were very dirty. 4. multiple part were missing. and i don't mean small parts that can be ignored.
