Let me start by saying it was easier to assemble than expected. It took about an hour, but the instructions were easy to follow. It's well-built and uses durable components. The air-conditioned and heated seat is a great feature. Unfortunately, the cord is awfully short, so an extension cord is necessary which restricts the ability to roll. The many ways the chair can be adjusted are great - the armrest alone adjusts in 6 ways. The footrest is easy to use and comfortable. It reclines to your perfect position.
