I love the three resistance levels and that they are strong resistance levels. My father has PT and I got him the rubber band style bands initially and he said they were too weak and large. I got him these and he said they're great for his PT exercises. He likes that there's three different strengths as they will help as he gets stronger. Read more

I recently visited a chiropractor who gave me some exercises to help strengthen my joints. These involved utilizing various resistance bands for my legs and hips. These bands were picked in response to the latter. Three different resistance levels provide good varying degrees of stretching exercises, and I welcome the ability of moving to higher resistance bands as my strength improves. I don't know what the equivalent pounds of resistance are per band, but they are clearly marked with Light, Medium, and Heavy. My guess is that the Light is around 15-20, the Medium around 35-40 and the Heavy probably around 55-60--but don't hold me to that. Perhaps the color choice could be different, but I'm not so insecure that I can't use a pink or purple band (I know some people who wouldn't use these based on there color, but I can't see why it matters).
