Well.... I don't know what it was exactly. But this stuff has caused me to have a headache all day after having it. Maybe I had too much, I did use 4 scoops, but that's my standard for my protein shakes. The stuff tastes bad too. Far too sweet. As the other reviewer said, it's nearly identical to Laffy taffy.
