I have been using these are a few months now and can certainly tell the difference, I prefer having these gummies compared to having to use the powder when I’m already using protein powder, eat 4 small gummies and your done. They taste really good to be fair. I was abit sceptical of these when I bought my first packet of these as they were all stuck together ( although they were easy to pull apart) but the last two packets ive bought i havent had that issue. I usually dread having to drink my creatine drink in the morning as let's be honest - creatine is NOT tasty! So I was very curious to try these gummies and I find that they are a fun way to consume your daily portion of creatine. The gummies have a slightly chewy texture which I like and are sweet with a berry flavour. There is no artificial aftertaste. The recommended daily dose of 4 gummies delivers 3g creatine which I find quite alright. In terms of ingredients, there is glucose syrup and sugar which I find one could have done without as it just unnecessary spikes blood sugar levels. But at least there aren't a bunch of questionable additives so there's that. The packaging could have been made more environmentally sustainable by opting for paper. Read more

Ich wollte mal eine Alternative zu Kreatinpulver ausprobieren, weil das Anrühren und Trinken auf Dauer einfach nervt. Die Idee mit den Gummies klang super – einfach kauen und fertig. Geschmacklich sind sie okay, die blaue Himbeere ist süß, aber doch ziemlich künstlich. Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt etwas mehr Fruchtigkeit erwartet, aber es ist nicht unangenehm. Die Konsistenz ist weich und leicht klebrig, was beim Essen kein Problem ist, aber in der Packung nervt es ein bisschen, weil die Gummies oft aneinanderkleben. Man muss sie manchmal richtig auseinanderziehen. Was mich aber am meisten stört: Um auf die volle Dosis von 3g Kreatin zu kommen, muss man gleich mehrere Gummies essen. Wäre praktischer, wenn sie etwas konzentrierter wären – so hat man das Gefühl, ständig nachzulegen. Trotzdem finde ich die Idee super, vor allem für unterwegs oder wenn man keine Lust auf Pulver hat. Warum und wofür, Beschreibung: Geliefert wurden im optisch ansprechend gestaltetem Kunststoff Beutel zum aufreißen mit Siegelkante zum wieder verschließen. Geschmack soll „Blaue Himbeere“??? sein. Fruchtig, ja, irgendwie schon – aber ich verbinde den Geschmack niemals mit Himbeere, egal welcher Art. Trotzdem fruchtig lecker. Geliefert wurden 80 vegane Gummi mit hochdosiertem Kreatin Anteil.
