While I may, on a rare occasion, use this to stuff sausage or something of that nature, in truth the reason I got this is because of its churro-making capabilities. It is, in no uncertain terms, the pinnacle of churro technology. Churro "dough" (batter, whatever) is rather thick. Most of your garden variety churro makers are really more effort than they'd like to admit. But this? This is the churro maker you want. In fact, I would use this if I wanted to set up a churro stand in a food trailer for the fair. Maybe have 2 of them running. You'll have them lined up. The only thing it lacks, is a filler if you want to do stuffed churros. But there is a separate device for that, which Amazon sells, if you want to take your churros to the "next level". This really is a commercial-grade piece of equipment. And the price of this unit is quite a bit lower than others I've seen from other companies, while being the same quality or better.
