I purchased these 2lb weights to use for my home PT shoulder exercises on days I don't go for therapy at PT clinic. While they are quality weights, the pair came packaged so VERY tightly wrapped together to each with the velcro, to the point it took me several days to gradually pull them apart without injuring myself. When I finally got the pair apart, I see they will continue to be a challenge unwrapping each from my wrist or a stick each time I try using. I also purchased a different brand 1lb pair, and they were easy to remove from package. I'll have to see if this continues to be a problem, but it makes me less inclined to want to use them. I bought two sets of these weights. One for ankles and one for wrists. I use them in the pool. The only adjustment I needed to do was snip the very ends of the plastic so they did not scratch my skin . Very satisfied and would recommend this product. Read more
