2 weeks into tumbling and im on my second belt. Trying to order replacement but nowhere can i find info on the belt size. Amazon has replacement belts from same seller but it does not say if they fit this particular model. It was a very inexpensive unit so what can u say, It is worth the money if you are not sure if this hobby is for you though. Kind of a first step… Everything else that comes with it seems to be fine. In less than one week of using this, 3 of the rubber belts have already broken. Unless the belts are improved, I'd look elsewhere for a rock tumbler. Very disappointed. Read more

Tumbler motor works fine, but I have two issues. First, the paperwork says avoid mixing soft and hard rocks, and don't tumble rocks with sharp edges, yet half of the rocks in my packet were soft and/or with sharp glassy edges (see photo). Second, the bands are of poor quality. Two out of the four broke before I completed Phase One--breaking after little more than a day each. Ugh! Consider getting a direct drive system instead because I am now looking for 3" diameter quality bands. As a follow-up, seller did provide a replacement/refund option. This is a good tumbler it's surprisingly on the quiet side. I live in an apartment and just put it in the garage and we can't even hear it. Only problem we have is that the belts break quickly! We're not even through the first cycle and a belt has already broke. It gives you 3 replacement belts but doesn't tell you where to buy more or the size of the belts so you can purchase more. It's very frustrating. Instructions don't have any way to contact the company. Company contacted me and sent me some more belts! Very good customer service! Update: 1/2/25: The tumbler is only on the 2nd cycle and we are already on our last belt in the kit! Customer service said they were sending us some but idk when those will arrive.
