It's big and floppy, but it holds a lot! Interior is simple. It hold 4 butts and 5 shafts in a soft interior area - with pockets and elastic supports. The butt side and shaft side are separated by the same soft fabric (sufficient to protect them, but not thick). The stitching on both the holders and elastic is clean and even. Well thought-out pockets on the outside. Inside the smaller pocket (which is deeper) is a zippered deep pocket for holding thicker items, and a mesh, flat pocket. The longer exterior pocket has 3 pockets for cue extenders (not sure I know anyone who carries 3 of those?), and mesh pocket that goes the full length of that space, with double zippers. BOTH exterior pockets have zippered pockets on the outside, as well. Most zippers are double-zippered bi-directional zippers. It also has several carrying options. One set of handles, with a padded snap closure. And, in the back are backpack-like lightly padded shoulder straps. These have a little pocket into which they can be hidden away, when not needed. AND, there's a handle on the top, to carry it vertically. Overall, the design of this case is excellent! Has just about anything I can think of that someone would need. Now for the negatives. It's VERY floppy. Offers no stability to stand it upright, and would collapse completely if put in an overhead compartment in an airplane, with any weight on it. However, if there's no weight, it definitely offers protection from bumps and bangs. My BIGGEST issue is with the zippers. The makers thought everything else out so well, and used very good metal for the zipper pulls. But, the POCKET zippers themselves are thin gauge plastic. Not well made at all. Even without anything in the pockets, I found that they were partially separated in the middle. This was easily resolved by running the zipper pull back and forth, but it really has me questioning how well it would stand up to regular use. Of note: the pocket zippers are protected by the way the fabric is sewn over it, but it's still quite questionable, in my opinion. The MAIN zipper is a larger zipper, but still not a very thick gauge. I think it would hold up reasonably well, with care, but all of the zippers were stepped up one level each, this would have received 5 stars from me. Read more
