With very little tuning it can make incredibly detailed models, both pictures are of models 1.5” tall. It can make supports and details down to about 0.2mm thick. It doesn’t have a lot of processing power so the time between layers can be lengthy but if you’re patient it is not going to let you down. Read more

This took me probably 5-10 minutes to set up and start using. Instructions were easy to follow and everything worked well. So first let me say that I am a beginner when it comes to this type of 3D printer. I have been using fdm for a while and understand that technology greatly but resin was new for me. So I'm happy to report that I had no trouble in using this as it's very well made with great instructions and a community that exists to help support it. This is a great brand that continues to impress and I'm getting some prints that are really awesome compared to fdm printing. This is sort of a middle of the road model it's not the top of the line or the most basic which I find is a good place to be if you're just starting out. The biggest issue I had with this was finding the best place in my home to use it since resin does have fumes and is a little bit different and Messier to use than fdm. That however has nothing to do with this model as this is a great model from a great company and I would recommend this for a beginner. Read more

If you install the screen protector as the instructions say to, make sure you remove the black tape around the screen as well. If you don't, it will cause the bottom of the vat to be too low in the center, which makes your prints stick to the film instead of the build plate. I figured this out after ruining my FEP and screen protector. Hopefully this helps someone else before they ruin their printer with bad instructions. Read more
