Update to my review; I've noticed there's a few reviews stating that camera keeps turning itself off and on. I had this issue with one of the 2 dashcams in installed in my cars after about 5 months. I believed my issue was a defective camera was ready to contact Redtiger for warranty claim. Thought I'd check on some forums first and realized a couple of people had similar problems. Turns out it a defective MicroSD issue rather than Dashcam. Formatting doesn't work as it's corrupted. Had another 256gb card laying around installed and formatted an no more reboot. So if your having similar issues change MicroSD card. 6 months on still think it's best quality and value for money dashcam for those of us who prefer not having a screen and more stealthy unit. I was worried that app would be absolutely garbage like most anything around or below $300 price range. Most dashcam that have goods apps cost around $500.00. But it is truly a dedicated app not a generic slightly modified. Easy to understand, navigate and adjust camera settings. Image quality is great also. I wanted a front and rear view camera without screen. Either they make the camera to big or screen is so small it's pointless. I can view and download images from my phone in a minute. This camera has features and quality of other brands twice the price. I end up ordering a second one for my wifes car. I'll be ordering a 3rd soon for our other car too. Highly recommend this if your looking for high quality video and stable reliable app and have no need for display on camera itself. Read more

I purchased this dashcam only recently, with the hardwire kit. It arrived a few days ahead of schedule and was extremely simple to setup the hard-wiring and app connection. The hardwire kit had a minor issue and once I contacted support, they arranged delivery of a completely new kit which arrived just days later, and I completed the hard-wiring again pretty quickly. Support team is highly responsive and helpful, they also clearly answered other questions I had about the different functions. As for the camera itself, the front and rear has great quality footage and its really easy to see number plates even at night. The recordings are easy to access and save from the app, and even show speed and GPS tracking which is pretty impressive. Parking mode works great too, captures everything and saves footage if movement is detected. The camera has a USB-C connection which makes it really convenient to plug into my laptop and access files, as well as to just use with a normal charger outside of the car if I'm experimenting with different functions. I researched dash cams for years. I became paralyzed by the vast array of options and prices. I decided to go with RedTiger due to their quality advertising and other reviews, and they happened to be on sale. The traffic in the Phoenix area grows increasingly aggressive and I felt an urgency to protect me and my wife in the event of an accident. I purchased two of these, and I could not be more pleased. I am 68 and was able to able to easily install both in one day completely by myself. One in a Prius and the other in a Dodge Journey. Each came with both the front and rear facing cameras. I initially worried that hiding the cable over the length of the vehicle would be problematic, especially with both cars having hatchbacks, but it was super easy with the tools provided. I am very pleased with the clean installation, wires and cameras barely visible. The quality is outstanding! From the very beginning, you are presented with high quality packaging, superbly protected products, and well thought out designs. RedTiger includes tools, guidance, and documentation necessary to be 100% successful. Functionally speaking, once installed, I started the car, drove off, and afterward, checked the video. Quality was amazing and the app blew me away in the playback mode. It shows the position of the car on a graphical map with direction, speed, etc. as well as the hi def video. It is a small investment in money and effort for a tremendous amount of peace-of-mind. As long as the car is on, it is recording front and back. It automatically replaces the oldest recordings with the newest, so you only have to retrieve them when the need arises. It comes with a 32GB card. I'm not sure how many days of videos that will hold, but I'm certain it will easily meet my needs as I only expect to retrieve them in the event of an accident. If you are on the fence about getting a dash cam, don't wait until it's too late. RedTiger is a winner. Read more

The quality of camera is good in video and quality wise but when you install it the wires will not stick to the windscreen with their procied stickers. so not recommended. Read more

Front camera vision is good. Rear camera vision not clear during night. When camera is connected via WiFi, cannot access mobile data, why?. Found one spare adhesive only. Their must be 2 spare adhesive and 2 electrostatic sticker(as I bought a set of cameras- front and rear camera) Read more
