My only complaint is that they advertise an 8 day battery life but my ring only last 4-5 days before I need to charge it. I reached out to customer support and they said that the typically range is 3-8 days. According to them, the bigger the size of the ring the longer the battery life will be. The only reason I bought the gen. 4 instead of the cheaper 3 was to have a longer battery life only to find out that what they advertised was false. Read more

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but my Oura 4 will not stay connected to Bluetooth on an iPhone 16+. I bought it in October and had to send it back to Finland to have it replaced as they told me it was faulty. I got my new one back in November and it worked for a while, but now it will not stay connected to my Bluetooth. I have tried all of their help suggestions to no avail. I’ve updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it several times. Just can’t get it to stay connected. When I contacted Oura, they opened a ticket, pinged it remotely, and told me everything was fine with the ring. I started to think it might have been a Bluetooth issue, but I have Bluetooth devices that connect and stay connected to my Bluetooth. This is the only outlier. I like the ring, I like the data it gives you, but I just wanted to stay connected. I’m actually ready to send it back for a refund and find another device that gives me the same information. Will update this review when I get information from Oura on what we’re gonna do about my ring. Pretty disappointed at this point. UPDATE: Oura is sending a new ring. Apparently they did some tests remotely and figured out there is a Bluetooth connection issue with the ring. Fingers crossed that this one works. UPDATE: Pura sent me a new ring and it is working well. Their customer service is really great - no complaints. I really like the ring - there is a lot of data provided. I even had a chat with my doctor about something that was troubling me and he ordered a test to get more data. I have the Oura 3 ring and love it. So I was excited to try the new 4. I love the all titanium body and flat sensors, however, it doesn't fit the same as the 3. The same size in the 3 (which fits perfectly) is now too large and the size down is too small. Even trying it on a different finger, I have the same issue. I am now one of those people who need a 1/2 size which they don't offer. I tried one of the adhesive ring sizers however, the ring doesn't fit on the charger once a sizer has been added. So unfortunately, I had to return and stick with my 3. I really hope Oura will consider 1/2 sizes in the next upgrade. Seems enough people have this issue that it would be worth considering. I’ve had watches, Fitbit’s, you name it but this is the best thing I’ve come across so far. The amount of detail and insight I receive into my health is unmatched. I finally feel competitive with myself and want to better my habits based on how my numbers fluctuate. I love that this also gives insight into how my sleep habits are and when to best navigate bedtime based on my habits. I love that it changes and adapts to me and isn’t a one size fits all health approach. Worth every penny for the functionality as well as the sleek design. I initially purchased the 3 and quickly exchanged it for the 4 to rid of the bumps on the inside and it’s so comfortable I forgot I’m wearing it. The charging is so fast, the silver is nice and while has a couple scratches, stays very clean and shiny. Read more
