I've been using T-Fal pans for decades and have had good luck with them. But not this one. On the second use, I made an omelet and, OMG, the eggs stuck as though they had been epoxyed to the pan. I let the pan cool down and then let it soak for an hourin disk detergent and water. I still couldn't get all of the stuck on egg cleaned off. Rinse an repeat 2 times and it still isn't coming off. T-Fal sould be embarrassed by these pans. They're going back. I'm going to have to find a different brand of pan to use from now on. Read more

I enjoy these pans, easy maintenance and the food cook’s evenly I just wished the brought the lids which I happen to find I use more often when I cook or fry since I don't use oil. Overall they are great. Read more

I was planning on buying the more expensive “Celebrity Chef” endorsed version until I saw these while I was searching for those. I figured I would give these a try to see how I liked them and I was pleasantly surprised! These from what I can tell from using my Mothers more expensive ones, perform exactly the same. Heat distribution is perfect. Evenly cooks food. The quality is what I expect and the price is perfect. They are comfortable to hold and can stand the heat of an oven. Just follow the directions and season them before use and you are good to go. I hand wash them and they have not scratched or broken down in any way. I use them daily. Read more

I was very excited to receive this frying pan because it looks so professional in quality. It's a nice size pan that I can cook something for just one person, but it's big enough that I can also cook for my family of three without having to cook too many batches. The first things I cooked in this pan were breakfast meats & scrambled eggs. I was a bit leery about the eggs because I wasn't sure if the textured, mesh pattern would just make a mess & make the eggs stick to the pan. They cooked beautifully, but it's important to note that I believe the pan should be greased sufficiently before cooking something like eggs, otherwise it may stick a bit. The pan is also easy to handle during cooking -- the handle does not get hot like some other brands & I didn't not need to use a hot pad to maneuver it. Once it cooled down, it was quite easy to wash with dish soap & a soft scouring sponge. This is a great cooking piece to have! Read more

They take a bit of getting used to. You must use a metal spatula. They work like cast iron, but are lighter weight. They fry up nice crispy hash browns. They sear meat beautifully. When utilizing a sharp metal spatula to scrape up and lift the food, it offers a hint of non-stick. silicone spatulas will not work with these pans. They clean up, but they do get seasoned with use, so they don’t stay spotless or shiny on the inside. Read more
