I had high hopes for this product because i really like their protien powder, however i wish i would have went with another brand. Not sure if the packets I ordered were defective, but the grid where you tear them was way too high and didn’t open the packets at all. Quite a few of them went to waste because I tried, they just split right down the middle, so i always had to cut them open with scissors. Didn’t notice any changes in muscle growth or strength. They did mix pretty well in water and had no funny smell or taste. I will probably stick with regular capsules— way less of a pain to deal with and less expensive. Read more
