I previously bought one of these and it is working flawlessly. I decided to buy another one, but when it came the power supply was DOA. I have emailed customer service and I'm awaiting their reply. I only gave this order one star because of the problem, I would change it depending on the response I get from customer service. UPDATE: Customer service was outstanding, resolved the issue with better than expected results.😀 NEW UPDATE: Replacement power supply failed, as did the power supply for my second light. Editing to update my previous review. I was able to connect with customer relations, and they were able to walk me through identifying what was not working, and were able to provide a solution for me. I will also add that I prefer this model lamp as it is brighter and my plants did the best with these, from seed starting, healthy seedlings, to being able to transplant. Due to being able to find a resolution, I have also increased my star rating. Only have had this a few months. The lights stopped working today. Just flicker (continues after unplugging for a touch) and will not turn on. The only options for the support are not applicable to this light, and I have no way of fixing it or knowing what to do. **EDITED REVIEW** The owner contacted me a few days after I posted my one-star review and asked if they could send me a new battery-pack cord. I agreed and a couple of weeks later it arrived. I've been using the new cord for about 4 months. I use the lights every day for 12 hours. They come on with the timer and stay on all day and go off as scheduled. I have had no problems with the new cord. The lights are bright and fairly easy to direct. They are a little top-heavy but not unwieldy. I've changed my rating from one star to four. The only reason I didn't change it to five is because of the initial cord burn-out; I'm still a little on guard and waiting for it to fail. I'll come back when I bring the trees in next fall. If the light is working well then, I will update again and change the rating to five stars and the review title will be GLOWING! (Pun intended.) --------Original One-Star Review-------- This seemed like a great light for one of my citrus trees that I bring in for the winter; it was bright, easy to direct the lights and adjust the height, set the timer, etc. The only problem is - it just stopped working. It turned itself off and will not turn itself back on. I thought maybe it didn't like being plugged into one particular outlet (I don't know, I was trying anything!) but that wasn't it. I thought maybe it was just tired and needed a break for a bit, (I get like that) so I left it off and waited for a couple of hours to try again. Nope. Still NOTHING. I tried talking sweetly to it. I tried yelling at it. Finally, I tried begging. Nothing. It is exactly 7 days past the "eligible for return" date so I am SOL and will need to a) find a new appropriate light source for my kumquat tree and b) pay full price for that one too. Awesome. I frickin' LOVE throwing away money. Especially right before Christmas! In conclusion, you might have better luck than I did, so go ahead and buy this. This lights are fantastic & an excellent value for the money! Very easy to assemble and are quality/built to last. The adjustable height tripod & 2 rotating heads provide unlimited options/range & are extremely flexible. The lights can also work independently or together. Update: 5 months of use it suddenly stopped working. Highly disappointed. Putting it together was easy. But once I started adjusting the height it became unsteady and leaning. I was hoping once the lights were on it, it would even out but it just got worse. It is very heavy, I have it propped up between my plant stands so hopefully it won’t fall over, but my hopes are not high. **UPDATE**: I reached out to them and spoke to Harriet. They provided me with a new adapter and my light works again. The customer service was excellent. This was a great light for my plants indoors. It worked well until it just died on me today. I went to go see my plants and see the light is flickering/pulsating. This was only a month of use as well. Very disappointing and I don't see anywhere for a warranty or replacement. Read more

The product was working great but I am experiencing the same problem as many others have described in their one star reviews. The light did not last more than a month and a half. The light suddenly turned off in the middle of the day. I checked that it was still plugged in and found that the unit was extremely hot to the touch and blinking.
