I thought I'd already reviewed this product, and came back to edit and update. I've had it for three months now. It hasn't broken or failed in any way--too rare in my electronic purchases. But most of all, if it were to fail, I'd buy another. I'd buy two more, or three, or however many it took, because it is the best help I've ever had, in over twenty years of suffering from dry eyes. You just can't get the sustained heat hopping up and down heating compresses in the microwave, and most of the time you've got it too hot and have to wait more. With this device, you get the full fifteen minutes research of steady and correct heat that has shown to bring the fullest release from the mybomium glands. I was using every day when I first got it, but now can wait for two or more days. When my eyes start to scratch again, I use it, and then I'm symptom free for a good amount of time. I purchased this for my mom who has occasional dry eye/eye pain. She would heat a damp cloth and get relief for a few minutes. She absolutely loves this mask and says it helps tremendously! She said it's simple to charge/use, has adjustable heat settings, and is very comfortable. She falls asleep with it on but it even has a shut off to prevent any harm.
