This supplement is really good and I found it works well in addition to my protein and creatine, adding an additional support in weight management and energy recovery. The instructions recommend mixed it with 200ml of water or your preferred beverage. Upon tasting, it is really sour so I cannot foresee it mixes well with other things. Therefore I would suggest leaving it mixed with water. Overall it is a supplement you will need to take over a period of a month of so to yield its full benefit. It is however something already present in many pre-workout or recovery drinks so this product is great as it allows you the opportunity to get it in isolation. I would recommend it. Read more
