At first, I was very disappointed about the fan power. I put it on max, and I felt like it wasn’t going to be enough at all, but I digressed and tried it with my gaming laptop. I only noticed a 2-3 degrees improvement, and it wasn’t enough for me, especially for the price I paid. I also had to buy a way longer usb a to usb a cord because the one provided was very very short (I wanted to plug the cooler to the wall plug rather than my laptop to relieve my laptop from more strain). Anyway, after I changed some settings on my laptop regarding fans and cpu/gpu output (barely impacting performance or video quality), I noticed a way bigger difference with 9-11 degrees improvement. Tl;dr The stands for the cooling and the storage underneath it for the extra parts are cheap quality and don’t work well. Other than that, when it comes to cooling, it’s a good product for cooling (9-11 degrees improvement after tweaking settings on my laptop without heavily impacting video quality). Read more

We bought two of the Everest cooling lap pads for our gaming laptops and they work great at keeping the computers cool enough while gaming. One of the pads unfortunately started making a super loud noise in the fan area. We were past the return window and contacted the company itself KLIM. They responded immediately and sent us a new cooling pad at no cost to us. They also did not have us return the original product which was super convenient! This thing gets the job done and does it well. My laptop has fans I can turn on and off and when all of them are on it is super loud. But this cooling pad's fans even at max speed is much quieter than my laptop's fans. And it provides enough cooling that I don't even need all of my laptop's fans on anymore. The air flow is more than adequate to keep my laptop cool to the touch, even after hours of gaming. The construction is well done, the hard plastic seems to be sturdy for travel, much sturdier than other cooling pads, although it's a little too big for my laptop case. While it is pricey and not very mobile, it is worth it in my opinion. It will definitely keep your laptop cool. Read more

Es de plastico, pero que mas da, ¡Funciona!. Tengo una Zephyrus g14 2023 R9 y rtx 4060, potente y pequeña que hace que se caliente demasiado, llegando hasta los 92⁰. Increíblemente, la camara sellada que se forma entre la base y la laptop gracias a la esponja/espuma, ayuda a que el aire entre a presión por las rendijas de ventilación de a bajo de la laptop y eso que mi modelo de zephyrus tiene unas rendijitas todas pequeñas para succión de aire, llegando a estar oscilando la temperatura ya con el Klim Everest a todo lo que da, alrededor de 70⁰, incluso llegue a ver la temp en 62⁰. La uso exclusivamente para simulador de vuelo que puede llegar a calentar mas la laptop que cualquier juego, entonces si me sirvió a mi, seguro a ti mejor. Tiene lucesitas atras que me dan igual que no se si se puedan apagar y del ruido, ni te preocupes ;si eres un usuario normal es un ruido muy tolerable que igual a mi con el volumen de los motores de las aeronaves ni lo noto, pero si eres un niño rata super fan que del rgb y de todo el mundo gamer talvez si te moleste el ruido jaja,pero pues cualquier base buena hará ruido, creo yo. Ya había tenido un par de bases sencillas y baratas, pero de nada sirven. Las bases buenas son como esta que crean un sello debajo de la laptop y que tienen bastantes rpm's PD. Apaguen los ventiladores de su laptop para que la base funcione, tener encendidos ambos sólo hará que el aire se arremoline y no fluya y por ende, no enfríe los componentes de la laptop.
