This backpack is a very classy sleek bag. The material is a faux leather type of material which is nice and thick, and most probably waterproof. The bag itself is about 17 inches tall, 12 inches wide, and 5 to 6 inches thick (although my measurements were very crude). This backpack has one large compartment, with a space for two laptops, or a laptop and some papers. There are also two other small pockets in the main compartment, and one other zippered pencil like compartment. On the top of the bag, there is a zipper, which closes the middle half of the bag. There are two clips which bring the open ends of the bag towards the zipper middle. Then there is a back flap which folds down to close the bag completely. With this closing system, the backpack is waterproof against rain. But if one submerges this backpack in water, the water wall just leak in through the top of the bag. There are four zippered compartments on the outside of the bag. There are two zippered compartments on each side, and the two compartments overlap one and another. So, one compartment can use all the space of the two compartments. For example, if one has one large water bottle, they may take up the space of both compartments by using the larger compartments. This backpack has a really classy look, and can hold a lot, considering the backpack’s compact size. This backpack extends out 5 to 6 inches, which is very narrow, which limits how much this backpack can carry. But the thinness of the bag makes the bag sleeker and classier. This backpack is a wonderful backpack, which appears to be geared towards the professional environment. This backpack is also good as a large day pack, or a small overnight bag. The materials seem robust, and the bottom of the bag has a semirigid material in it which helps the bag hold its shape. The backpack has a padded back and straps. This travel backpack is sleek and very good-looking. I like that it is waterproof and has a decent amount of storage. The straps are well-padded and comfortable. What I dislike is the closure mechanism; it uses a buckle hook, which isn’t ideal for quick opening and closing. I wish they had used a magnetic closure like Herschel backpacks.
