I want to like this keyboard but the more I use it the more I see just how many keystrokes it misses. I thought maybe it was me just getting used to it but there are times when I am sure I pressed a key because I am typing out something in all caps and it's only 3 letter so my typing is very deliberate and I end up missing a letter. Keyboard is very well built. Typing is a pleasure and I love the layout, but in wireless mode there are issues with missed or phantom key strokes. Support for the issue is also lacking and firmware updates are slow and cumbersome. Bluetooth mode seems to be better but at the cost of increased latency. Recommended if you plan to use wired or Bluetooth, but beware of potential problems with 2.4ghz mode. Read more

First off, the keyboard is very nice. It sounds amazing and is genuinely very pleasant to type on. That being said this is clearly a used/open box model and that is very bad selling practice. I have received multiple keyboards from Nuphy and i usually like them but it was clear this has been used. - The keyboard had a bunch of non-default lighting profiles on it and odd settings. - It was not in the factory wrapping it usually comes in - the accessories had been very obviously opened and repackaged. - There was quite a bit of dust on a "new" keyboard. - the box had clear signs of previous opening as there wear tears in places an over zealous customer opened it in the past as well as dents in odd places. This item should have been sold as open box, or properly refurbished to be sold as new. I am very disappointed. Read more
