My son and I are really into boxing. we have a standing kickboxing bag and a hanging bag, and when I saw this I thought it would be a fun and unique addition to our boxing equipment. We love the wall mount boxing machine! We used the Velcro mount and were able to mount with ease. Love that the Velcro tape is long enough to adjust the height of the machine. I like to practice when I go into his room. I do wish there were some cushion protection on the back of the punch pads so it wouldn’t be so loud to use. I have put some adhesive pads on the back myself. It has helped. You should purchase if you’re look for an alternative to a punching bag. Read more
