Just an awkward and useless kitchen aid attachment for me, messy as without there being a chute for the shredded items to go down into a bowl and had to use such a higher speed to get it to even shred made food debris a mess. Slicing has never been easier. This fits onto my KitchenAid mixer perfectly. I’ve sliced zucchini and squash in here. The mouth isn’t very wide so the squash had to be cut in half lengthwise. But it slices nice and comes with a brush to clean it afterwards. Read more
