I've currently sent a message to the seller of this laptop. In the beginning, I noticed that the mouse seemed a bit sensitive. I only use this laptop for personal - it doesn't get used everyday, so it's still like new. It's gotten very bad over time. Now the mouse is so sensitive, I can barely use the laptop for anything. It will randomly open and close pages without me doing anything at all. You can't get anything done, and has become useless. I'm hoping this seller will honor some kind of warranty outside of 30 days because this is not ok. This is clearly a defective item. I will update this review once I hear back from the seller and see if they back the products they sell. Update: The seller suggested that I reinstall the driver! I am not about to do that! The moment I start messing around with it, the 1 year warranty will definitely be null and void. I have requested to return. Read more

I love this laptop. I needed a new laptop for university and it's perfect. The price could not be better, it arrived very quickly, and it is so fast. I can work on multiple projects with no lagging, keep tabs open as long as I need them and it never slows down. Great for streaming Netflix, Prime, etc. as well.
